Cookie Butter Latte
This cookie butter latte is flavored with cookie butter, which I love, and you can sprinkle it with crushed Biscoff cookies for a crunch and even more cookie flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cookie butter
- 1/2 cup hot coffee
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup hot milk
Directions
- Add cookie butter to hot coffee and whisk until cookie butter has dissolved. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Pour into a coffee mug.
- Froth hot milk with an immersion blender or with a frothing wand. Using the back of a spoon, pour frothed milk over coffee. Pour foam over frothed milk.
